The Operator’s Friend is a global, free, informal support network for industrial WWTP operators and environmental managers on food and beverage processing sites.
In addition, we help link WWTP operators with experienced process engineers to optimise WWTP performance.

What is the network?
It’s a digital forum where specialist wastewater operators and complex environmental managers can connect and share ideas, issues and experiences.
The network operates by the Chatham House Rule confidentiality method.
Does joining the network cost anything?
No. The TOF network is free to join, however membership is by invite only.
Am I suitable for The Operator’s Friend network?
You are ideally suited if you fit the following criteria:
You’re a wastewater operator (control the plant on a daily basis) on a food processing site.
